The Journey Of A Cruise Ship Performer: Bosco Aguilar

Hola! My name is Bosco, and I want to share with you the amazing story of my life as a cruise ship musician. It all started when I was just 21 years old and living in Mexico. I have a deep passion for music, particularly playing the piano, and my goal is always to grow musically and play with different people from around the world. Little did I know that my dreams would lead me to a thrilling adventure on the high seas.

I remember the day I got the call to join a Latin Trio as a pianist on a cruise ship. It felt like a dream come true! Stepping onboard that majestic vessel, I knew my life was about to change forever. The thrill of performing for diverse audiences while sailing to enchanting destinations was unlike anything I had ever experienced.

For my second contract, I started playing in the orchestra onboard playing now different styles and learning more and more from all my colleagues. It was a great way to learn new things and meet more people!

As time went on, I was offered another exciting opportunity – to become the Music Director. This role came with more responsibilities, but it also allowed me to nurture my passion for helping others and guiding them on their musical journey. It was incredibly rewarding to see the musicians under my direction grow and excel.

Life onboard was an incredible adventure. I met fantastic people from all corners of the globe, fellow musicians and crew members who became like a big, multicultural family. The exchange of cultures and musical influences made each day an exciting and enriching experience.

One of the most unforgettable aspects of my journey was the chance to visit so many incredible places around the world. From amazing places like Australia and Alaska to the breathtaking beaches of the Caribbean, I had the privilege of experiencing a diverse array of cultures and landscapes. Each destination brought fresh inspiration to my music, and playing alongside talented musicians from different backgrounds further expanded my musical horizons.

Thanks to the financial stability offered by my career as a cruise ship musician, I could invest in my future. I upgraded my gear, improving the quality of my performance, and had the opportunity to spend quality time with my family back home. The joy of being able to support them and share my experiences with them was immeasurable.

But more than anything, the satisfaction I derived from helping others and guiding aspiring musicians toward their dreams made my journey truly fulfilling. I hope that anyone reading this will be inspired to submit their application here with us in Warshaw Entertainment and embark on their incredible story onboard cruise ships.

So, if you have a passion for music, a thirst for adventure, and a heart for helping others, I encourage you to take the plunge. Cruise ships offer a stage like no other, where you can grow both professionally and personally, travel the world, and share your music with audiences from all walks of life. Come aboard and write your amazing story as a cruise ship musician. ¡Buena suerte! (Good luck!)
